Please review the user agreement below.


I understand and agree to abide by U.S., international, and Indiana laws as well as IU policies and rules of engagement related to electronic communications.

I agree to obtain written approval from the data stewards prior to deploying communications to IU constituents that are outside my own IU organization/RC unit, that have not opted in prior to the deployment.

I agree to adhere to university brand guidelines.

I agree to use the Email Framework templates and Email Framework blocks provided and only send from university group email accounts. I will also use the university required SafeIT footer.

I also agree to adhere to and keep my FERPA and the AUA agreement updated.

I understand that sharing access/passwords is not allowed.
