IU Communications

Tadas specializes in online application development and integration, including building web services, database apps, and content management plug-ins. In just his first two months on the job, he delivered a federal contract database, built the 9/11 website over a single weekend, and modified the back-end of the SocialEngine social media platform to support the Spirit of IU web initiative.

Before joining IU Communications, he spent more than eight years at University Information Technology Services developing and maintaining the IU Bloomington libraries websites, where he migrated 8,000 web pages into a centralized database. He has a B.A. in Mathematics from Indiana University.

Tadas is a professional blues guitarist who currently performs with Below Zero Blues. He is a two-time winner of the Indiana Blues Challenge and competed in Memphis at the International Blues Challenge. He has performed with Big Bill Morganfield (the son of legendary bluesman Muddy Waters) and Tad Robinson.
